Initial weigh-ins: April 11th - 17th, 2022 at Nutrishop Palm Beach Gardens.
What is required to be eligible to win?
You must weigh-in during the starting week as shown above, and check in at Nutrishop Palm Beach Gardens every two weeks.
How are the winners determined?
Points are earned by losing body fat lbs and gaining muscle lbs. You will lose points if you gain fat and/or lose muscle
10 point for every fat lbs lost
10 point for every muscle lbs gained
